Loretto Adams
Loretto is the owner of Go Vita Ingle Farm, she prides herself in being there to help each and everyone that she serves. Loretto has spent the last 17+ years in the Health and fitness industry, in addition she is qualified as a Gym Instructor.
Loretto has personally reached her goals… Over the past few years she has Managed a business and totally turned her life around losing 48 kilos, currently working on her last 5 kilos, this life change has reversed her diabetic condition, brought her very high medicated blood pressures back to normal and has also reduced her resting hart rate from 94 bpm to 56 bpm, she is now off all her medication and is excited to share her journey and help others achieve their own personal peak.
